I had no idea the night would turn out to be one of my best 4th of July’s yet. Drinking, bullshitting and eating damned good food! Major props to Branson for being a kickass host.

So, the party got pretty crazy, but thankfully I didn’t get blind-ass drunk like I did in my last folly. Major props to SEQA PJ Kevin Burkhalter and Jarrett Williams for throwing a funkin’ awesome party.

I’ll admit it, looking back on my SCAD career, I don’t think I really took advantage of what was being laid out before me, or even understood it! So I guess when they were talking about the losers who never realize what they have, it just struck a chord.
But, I suppose I can’t really look back on life like that, it bogs me down too much. I’m drawing comics and I’m doing my best to get my name out there! Look forward to tommorrow, HELLS YEAH!
A few random hilights from one of the better parties I’ve attended in Savannah. I actually learned how to mingle correctly for christs sake!
Kevin and Jarret‘s place was absolutely huge, and comic book paraphenalia was scattered about everywhere, like the hallway of sealed comics hanging on the walls.
Kell was nice enough to give me a few tips on advertising the Odyssey when giving an impromptu webcomics speech to my friend Martyn (he posts his comic Andy the Retard on the District).
Um, other than that. I found my balance between being ossified drunk and slightly tipsy, so I managed not to make a complete idiot of myself! Except for that spilling the beer on my pantleg thing. That was my FIRST beer, I think I was just super nervous or something.
