The Daily Odyssey

In the Summer of ’06, I was challenged to draw a comic everyday over the summer. I didn’t quite know what I was getting into, but I did my best and managed to draw a daily comic for about two months straight. It was an amazing feeling, chronicling as much or as little of my life into a small comic that I would share to a small amount of people. It was an amazing exercise, not only to draw and complete something daily, but to actually create a small cohorent story.

Now, in the Summer of ’08, I’ve begun living on my own as I try to find my place in the world. And it struck me, what better way chronicle my Odyssey into the real world than in a daily comic?
And like that, I’ve taken up the challenge again, to start these dailies, and never stop, to hone the blade that is my story telling craft to a fine point, and of course, to entertain those who happen to wander by.
