Adventure #204: You’re Moving, Dood?
Well, the comic sort of speaks for itself. I’ll be moving back home with the ‘rents for a while as soon as my lease is up in the middle of May most likely. It’s really weird that this fact just hit me today, how limited and precious my time here is. I’ve had alot of great learning experiences here, and actually managed to make alot of new friends (oh, and this website too). And frankly, now would be the time to be fearless, to really unleash my gusto, to step for once and act like a man, instead of some pathetic manchild~ oh!
came in today, and my buddy Pranas was heading down there, so we both could get in on the action. And it was well worth it! I already read a friends copy, but just having my own is completed justified by its sheer awesomeness! (And shiny cover).
A most exsquite game based in the universe of Disgaea, a crazy Startegy RPG with demons and overlords. This game, however is a sidescrolling platformer, based on the grunt of the universe: The Prinnies! Little soulless penguins who explode when thrown or handled roughly. They’re charged to gather ingredients to make desert for their mercilous master, Etna.
I mean, if that doesn’t sell the game, I don’t know what will. Now, if you’ll exscuse me, I’m gonna go while away my hours trying to kill a walking cornbeast with my flying dagger attack.
Love? What’s that? Can I kill it?

Yeah! Do something about it, Brett!
… What is it you’re doing?

That Prinny game looks pretty great. Too bad I don’t have a PSP. Lately, I’ve been rocking out with this game “Battle for Wesnoth”, a turn-based adventure thing. Since I just installed Linux (due to a computer virus), I’ve been trying to figure out what kind of games are available for it. This one is pretty good.

[...] Brett got me the hook-up at Barnes and Noble with his sweet employee discount and all. Go read Brett’s journal comic The Daily Odyssey. He’s not getting as many readers as he should which is utter bullshit, because his comic is quite good. Sometimes he even draws us going to eat at McDonald’s together. [...]
